AMOS Privacy policy
AMOS is very protective of the user information and we use secure systems to store your information safely. We follow personal informa-
tion protection guidelines legislated by the Ministry of Information and Communication and related regulation such as Communication
Privacy Act, Telecommunication Business Act, the law regarding promotion of information and communication network use and protection
of information. Through Privacy policy, AMOS informs you how the user information is used and secured.
AMOS discloses ‘Privacy policy’ on the very first page of the website for users to see and exploit it every time.
The Privacy policy may be modified at any time due to changes in government laws and the corporate’s internal regulations. If at some
point in the future, there is a change to our Privacy Policy, AMOS notifies the changes 7 days before their application through the AMOS
website with the version number and revision date.

Agreement on collecting private information and collection method
AMOS inserts private information handling policy and collects private information only when customers agree the policy from the direct input of customers.
Collecting personal information and purpose of use
AMOS utilizes collective information for the following purposes.

Possession and usage period of personal information
Your personal information is kept and possessed during the period of service time as a AMOS member. If AMOS members request a cancelation of membership upon agreement of the procedure explained in ‘Reading, correction and termination of member’s personal information’, the collective personal information is completely deleted from the hard disk and disposed of not useable.
However, the following information is preserved for the below reasons for explicit terms.

Termination procedure of personal information and method
In principle, AMOS immediately abrogates corresponding information when the collection and purpose of the usage achieved.
- Termination procedure
- The user information inputted for using service is stored for a certain period and discarded according to the inside policy and other related laws regarding information protection reason after the purpose of the usage achieved.
- Termination method
- - Personal information stored electrically is completely deleted using irreparable technic.
- - Personal information printed on papers is destroyed using shredder or through incineration.
Management and application of Cookie
AMOS uses ‘Cookie’ in order to provide each member personalized and customized service.
You need to allow using ‘Cookie’ to use services and contents after log-in to AMOS website.
AMOS also uses ‘Cookie’ to provide more proper and useful services such as checking frequency of utilization and total number of users of
website. You have a right of choice of ‘Cookie’. You can allow all Cookies, confirm it whenever stored or deny storage of all Cookies.

Additional Clause
This privacy policy will be effect from December, 30th 2015. If at some point in the future, there is a change to our Privacy Policy according
to related Laws, Policy or Security technology changes, AMOS notifies the changes 7 days before their application through the AMOS
website.
